Open English is Hong Kong’s first free-of-charge and copyright free open textbook series for primary and secondary schools. This series has been written by the Open Textbooks for Hong Kong Project team in accordance to the EDB curriculum, duly approved by the EDB, and are now on the EDB’s Recommended Textbooks List (RTL).
