The Scarecrow of Oz

Trot and Cap’n Bill are boating along the California coast. When the weather suddenly turns stormy, they were drag down into a submarine cave. After walking through the only dark tunnel, Trot and Cap’n Bill is now in the world of Oz, and they are going to meet a lot of strangers there, including the Scarecrow of Oz.
