The Governor of Central City asked Captain Shaw to take the Phinnie statue to Hammer Island. It was a gift for the new library there. On the way to Hammer Island, there was a thunderstorm and the ship sank. Captain Shaw’s son Ray and his friend Robin jumped into the sea and floated to Bogey Bay. There they were caught by some pirates. Luckily, they were saved by Captain Shaw and his sailors. They finally sailed to Hammer Island on a pirate ship and took the statue there.
